Problems on the iPhone 6+

Seems as though since the app is paid for there shouldnt be problems affecting it. I have not been able to open this app since the latest update..when I was able to get into this app before today it kept freezing and automatically shutting down. Fix this ASAP..I didnt pay for this to keep having problems with it.
